Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Spanish term or phrase: esta garantía estará incondicionalmente a disposición de xxx
Letter of guarantee clause

I'd like to rephrase the whole sentence to sound more natural in English (I couldn't find any entry with the construction "This guarantee shall be unconditionally available to")

Many thanks

Explanation:
This phrase seems to be quite common, although not necessarily in terms of finance.
