Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.

I'm guessing cross-sectorial nature would be fine.

Context is:
"Desde esta perspectiva el desafío actual es reformular las líneas estratégicas del Proyecto con el objetivo de dar respuestas más eficientes a la ciudadanía en términos de servicios on line, movilidad, seguridad, salud, participación ciudadana, acceso a la información, educación, turismo, tele-trabajo y conectividad a través de la incorporación efectiva de las tecnologías.
El proyecto tiene como característica principal la ***transversalidad*** y esto conlleva la necesidad de pensarlo en el marco de una planificación estratégica que posibilite una abordaje integral e incorpore los distintos actores que a través de múltiples acciones contribuyen a la construcción de la ciudad digital.
