Literally "lists of expiries", but I think it's clearly understood that what will be listed are the dates on which the contracts expire, not just which contracts are going to expire. All employment contracts expire eventually, if only on retirement. In principle, you might make a list of those that are going to expire within a certain period, but if it meant that it would say so. I think it clearly implies expiry dates.
A number of things can "vencer", which really means reach a date of termination, in some sense, but in this context I think it must refer to the "contratos de trabajo" mentioned in the previous line. Keeping track of when employees' contracts expire is an important job for a human resources department.
The main point here is "temporal", and the crux is that it doesn't mean "temporary" but "time-related" (or "temporal", if you like): ie. Gallagy and I disagree about the meaning of "temporal".
Could "vencimientos temporales" mean "expiry of temporary/fixed term contracts"? I don't think so, for the following reasons:
1. In order to mean "expiry of temporary contracts", "vencimientos temporales" would have to be an ellipsis for "vencimientos de contratos temporales". Although elliptical expressions are used in Spanish, this one seems unlikely in principle; "vencimientos de temporales" might be said, but I don't think a Spanish speaker would reduce it to "vencimientos temporales". And although I have looked at many examples of "vencimientos temporales", I have not seen one which could mean this.
2. As I've said, "vencimiento(s) temporal(es)" does occur with the meaning "vencimiento(s) en el tiempo". It might be objected that this is a tautology; "vencimiento" is inherently temporal; it means "cumplimiento del plazo". However, "vencimiento", applied to a contract, means termination "por cumplirse la condición o el plazo en él fijados" (DRAE). If it's the plazo, it's expiry/vencimiento temporal; if it's the condición, it's termination. That is why I haven't translated "temporales"; there's no need, because it's implied automatically by "expiry", though it isn't always implied by "vencimiento" or "termination".
3. Temporary or fixed-term employment contracts are the only sort that expire; "permanent" contracts, with no fixed term, terminate for some cause (retirement, incapacity, breach of contract, etc.). So there is no need to include "temporary" or "fixed term" here anyway, because it is implied by "expiry".
