What would "solicitante" be in this context? It's the person seeking the coverage under an insurance policy.

Para solicitantes del sexo masculino a partir de 45 años de edad deberá solicitarse la prueba de antígeno prostático especifico.
Requisitos Financieros :
A partir de USD 300,000 se solicitara el cuestionario financiero que corresponda según el interés asegurable de la cobertura solicitada (protección familiar, persona clave, cobertura para garantizar un crédito, etc.)
A partir de USD 500,000 se solicitara además del cuestionario financiero, comprobantes de ingresos de los tres últimos
anos avalados por el contador o asesor fiscal del solicitante, en el caso de cobertura para persona clave serán necesarios
los estados financieros de la empresa incluyendo el balance general y los estados de resultados de la empresa.
