Creo que Robert indicó la mejor respuesta cuando sugiere al principio de su pregunta "Buscarle una vuelta al problema"
No es ignoar el problema, es encontrar una solución viable visto el problema. Digamos que las computadoras están conectadas a una red y cuentan con una impresora. Un problema podría ser que un usuario no puede a mandar a imprimir desde su impresora. La vuelta al problema podría ser mandar el documento a la computadora de otro, y mandar a imprimir desde esa otra computadora.
