fuerza de ley entre las partes contratantesy deben cumplirse al tenor de los mismos: quiere decir, que, el demandante estaba obligado a cumplirlo y por ende, **a recurrir a otra instancia, porque**, el desarrollo o cumplimiento de su contrato, estaba siendo impedido supuestamente por mi representada y, tal como negoció y acordó con la parte que contrato...

I'm not sure I've understood this correctly:

Contractual obligations are legally binding on the parties to the contract and should be fulfilled in like fashion: that is to say that the plaintiff was obligated to comply with it, and to that end to **seek relief fromo another/different court, because** the progress and fulfillment of his/their contract was supposedly being impeded by my client, [this being the procedure that is] in accordance with what he negotiated and agreed with the party who contracted...
