El título lo traduje "NATIONWIDE CRIMINAL RECORD" (Certificado de antedecentes judiciales a nivel nacional)

Pero cuando abajo dice "no registra antecedentes judiciales a nivel nacional", no estoy segura de cómo ponerlo. No encuentro referencias para "has not nationwide criminal records".

¿Alguna otra idea de cómo ponerlo?

Explanation:
