Es un diploma de Honduras. Sé que "promoción" quiere decir "class" / "class of". En este caso dice al comienzo del diploma:

Por cuanto: le confiere a


Y sigue. Quisiera confirmar que en este caso, también se puede usar "Class of Professor Rafael..."
