Mi trad: After verifying the average achieved in each established aspect, the student [name] passed the examination, the grade being 97 % Outstanding.

Gracias.

passed the examination with a grade of 97% (Outstanding)

Explanation:
"the student, ***, passed the exam with a grade of 97% (Outstanding)."

"Having verified the average attained in each area/section of the exam, the student [name] passed with a grade of 97% (Outstanding)."
