Spanish term or phrase: coadyuvancia
From a certification of no criminal records issued in Mexico D.F. (which apparently is now issuing criminal records certificates):

"...de acuerdo a las facultades confereidas en el artículo 71, fracción I, V y VI del Reglamento de la Ley Orgánica de la Institución, así como a la **coadyuvancia** instruida mediante acuerdo del C. Procurador General de la República, A/046/91..."

From my understanding of Mexican law, I believe a "coadyuvancia" refers to the granting of access to police files to private individuals, but I have no idea how best to render the term in English. Suggestions welcome!
