Actions on the propogation medium
Explanation:
I know this sounds very literal but the terms are used in academic/chemistry/science related English.

"Actions" has a very precise term in chemistry as explained at, amongst other sources,: www.thefreedictionary.com/chemical action -

And "the propogation medium" is referred to at several links including:
www.physicsforums.com/archive/index.php/t-60211.html -

Should read "Actions on the Propogation Medium" following the capitalization in the source and given that it is the subheading of a module title/outline.

Thank you to Liz Askew for pointing out that it should be "Propagation" and not "Propogation".

Both terms are used in scientific contexts but the former - propagation; referring to breeding or multiplying - would seem to be the one that fits here given the context that we've been given.
