Se trata de la traducción de un certificado académico en el que consta como enseñanza recibida:
Doctorado en el programa: Clínica y aplicaciones del psicoanálisis.

Estoy teniendo dificultad a la hora de traducir "clínica" como una materia, pues "clinical" aparece como adjetivo. He leído (en español) que "Clínica" es una parte muy importante de la medicina y la enfermería, pero me gustaría saber cómo puedo traducir este término cuando se emplea como sustantivo (no me refiero a "clinic", que sería como una "clínica", el edificio)
