With regard to your last comment, asker, I cannot tell from your text whether it is intended to include judges etc. Funcionarios are officials or civil servants normally.

Asker: This seems to be the answer I feel more comfortable with, since the term should also include judges, tribunal members, etc. who are, after all, 'Funcionarios de la Administración de Justicia'. Is this so?
Asker: Sorry, I just read your entry again and saw that you exclude 'judicial office holders'
Asker: A bit more context: 'La información sobre las situaciones indicadas (las del informe de vida laboral) no comprende ni los datos relativos a los Regímenes Especiales de los Funcionarios Civiles del Estado, de las Fuerzas Armadas y de los Funcionarios al servicio de la Admnistración de Justicia, ni los datos relativos a los periodos trabajados en el extranjero.'
