Visto en esta Subsecretaría para legalizar la firma de....... Funcionario Auto. por el Registro Central de Penados.
Se trata de una legalización de firma. El problema es que esta frase no tiene sujeto, por eso no sé muy bien cómo traducirla al inglés.
