neutral  Jennifer Levey: I would guess that it's the certificate that was 'realizada' (signed or issued) on that date, not the examination.//And if the doc. is headed "Certificación"?

  -> If it referred to a certificate then it would be "realizado" as certificado is masculine in Spanish. They would also probably use "emitido"//The thing is that both headingsare under "datos de acceso". They are giving date of exam, which is always in June
