Science - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / Laboratory testing | | Spanish term or phrase: blancos del metodo | This is an explanation of quality control methods used in lab testing. I'm unsure of the proper English translation of the phrase "blancos del metodo". A literal translation of "method blanks" to me sounds terrible, very stilted and contrived. Please see this context and give me your informed opinion. (This comes from Ecuador, by the way.) Many thanks in advance.
