(b) Desmetil-Escitalopram: son restos de moléculas enantiopuras al las que se les ha escapado uno solo de los dos metilos de la cadena.

SORRY ANSWER SHOUDL READ
ENANTIOPURE COMPOUND/MOLECULES.

An enantiomer is a compound which possess a chiral centre (a point of rotation which means that 2 structurally equal molecules BUT of a different spacial geometry are distinct).
enantiopure is a compound which contains almost 100% of the left or right symmetrical compounds.....better if you let the ref. explain, you can change to Spanish and compare the two bilingually
