Spanish term or phrase: Abonos minerales con elementos principales (líquidos)
My question is what "liquid" refers to: is it the "elementos principales" or the "abonos minerales" which are liquid?

Thanks.

mineral fertilisers with major nutrients (liquid)
Explanation:
Liquid definitely refers to the fertilisers, not the "elementos". This can be deduced from looking at the details of the classification (you will see they are all solutions), but in fact the "elementos principales" are the "major nutrients" required in a complete fertiliser, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K).

A fuller description would read \"abonos minerales que contienen elementos principales\".

Where you place the word \"liquid\" is up to you. I suppose that those reading this legislation will know enough about the area for it to be obvious, so I would stick with the form I proposed - placing \"liquid\" after \"fertilisers\" to make it clearer is what might be required for a non-expert readership. I don\'t imagine many non-experts will be reading this!
