Spanish term or phrase: lanzar varias peticiones preparadas
Hi! I need your help with the following sentence.
I know they are talking about 'requests' but I am not sure about 'peticiones preparadas,' and how should I interpret 'lanzar' in this context?

La técnica del HRS fue originalmente descubierta y documentada por los analistas de Watchfire y consite básicamente en *lanzar varias peticiones preparadas* de modo que los dispositivos HTTP podrían visualizar distintos tipos de peticiones.

Thanks a lot

send several pre-prepared requests
Explanation:
This isn't about test requests. HRS is a hacking technique, otherwise known as HTTP Request Smuggling.

I'd stick to using "send" as the verb here, as HTTP requests are simply sent, rather than launched or run.

If you want to highlight the difference between these potentially damaging requests and normal ones, you could say something like "send several specially-made requests" or "send multiple specially-crafted HTTP requests" as used in the report I'll link to here (it's the introduction to the report from Watchfire).

Hope that helps.

disagree  Owen Munday: Sorry, but this really has nothing to do with logs or tests. Has anybody read the article I've linked to? It's all there.

-> I just read the article... at any rate, I used test - should have been tested - as in prepared or devised, before being run, logged as in entered, sent, or launched. Thanks for clarifying.
