Fernanda is right. These look like references to calling a program, subroutine or function in a computer program: "llamada a riesgos" = calling the Risks module, "llamada a la aplicación de la APP de Apertura de Cuentas" = the application call to the Open Account APP, "la llamada al masivo de tarjetas" = (something like) the call to the mass cards module (I don't kn ow what mass cards means). Fernanda should put in her translation ("call").

Is there a system or part of a system (maybe on a database or a folder) called Riesgos? If there is, then it would be:

call to Risk (in case there is a translation for such a folder)
call to Riesgo (in case there is not translation, as in some cases one cannot translate the name of folders, systems etc)

The Banks case generator sounds and Definicion de Requisitos sound very much like systems to me.

In case it is, then llamada is call.
