I think we can leave the translation of "intervención" out here since it is clear with "human assessment"

In other words, the computer is programmed and automatically makes the decision.

I think we can dispense with the explicit "valorativa" as the notion would be understood by the reader. Just my opinion.

Spanish is notoriously pleonastic and fond of words like "valor/evaluar/evaluativo". The weary "valorativa" adds little if anything to the text for me...
