Tech/Engineering - Computers: Systems, Networks / Communications equipment for signals | | Spanish term or phrase: tareas pueden estar suspendidas | Rather than using postponed or pending here, would it be appropriate to say that the "tasks are put on hold". There are different reasons for the delays as can be seen below. I've used "time delay" for "espera temporizada".
