Spanish term or phrase: asociación de mails externos a Campañas

Hola a todos

I am translating a software company technical specifications information sheet where I get lost because of the word Campañas which also makes me wonder about how "asociación" is being used as well.

The context:
XXX representa la posibilidad de ingresar a todas las opciones del sistema como si el usuario accediera desde una terminal Windows, a excepción de la opción "Comunicaciones", es decir que se imposibilita la asociación de mails externos a Campañas (JobNumbers).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Explanation:
Associating = linking, it's used all the time in EDI etc.

You could even use "inclusion". IMO it's not a key or specialised use of "associate",

For example, incoming or outbound messages (mails) may be associated with a particular sender, receiver, database volume, section, record... etc.

So, in this case Campañas (JobNumbers) would be an internal division/volume/thingy and thus not associated with external mails. That's my understanding of it.
