This is the last request relating to this tricky document.
I believe that this means:
"The system will replace the individual records ..... with a single SQL server-based storage facility."
However, I am not absolutely sure about this translation of 'archivos alternativos' and suspect that there is a very neat specific translation for this that looks nothing like 'alternative files'!
