Realizamos optimización de **metatags y alta** en buscadores para que su web sea REALMENTE visible en las búsquedas que hacen los internautas.

I know what metatags are ... but what do they mean by "alta"???

"alta" /"dar de alta/baja" is a recurring problem to translate, it is used for everything from magazine subscriptions to getting your electricity and water supply turned on, Social Security payments, net connections, etc etc. (Authorisation is a possible alternative to Cindy's correct answer)
