El modelo de retén debe contemplar precio por día fuera de horario (de 17:00h a 07:30h) e incluir en el precio las actuaciones necesarias.
YYY aclara que :
El retén estará disponible telefónicamente y con medios suficientes para resolver cualquier problema (móviles y portátiles con conectividad).
El tiempo por parte del retén para contestar será de media hora.

agree  chica nueva: 'por día fuera de horario' -> after-hours assistance parameters/profile/format/requirements? (se usa mucho la palabra 'modelo' en español, me parece. interesante.)
