Spanish term or phrase: programación lineal y por contención
Hi all!

So I've decided once again to ask for your help in translating this term into English, as I am not getting any responses for the ES-PL pair...
I guess the first part is "linear programming" but what about "por contención"? Any help is much appreciated!!!

Here's the whole context:

English translation:linear and non-deterministic programming
Explanation:
I think what they mean is programming using a "non-deterministic" algorithm, i.e. where you simulate a scenario such as a network, achieving a result by modelling different agents *contending* for resources. See if the link below makes sense.

linear programming and by control flow

Explanation:
control flow refers to specifiying the order in which instructions and functional calls are executed in a declarative program. I think that is what is meant here.
