Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Computers (general) | | Spanish term or phrase: se presentará informado por el sistema | Hi. This is taken from 2 pages of a guide for a computer program. The overall title for my section is 'Description of Windows'.
The paragraph is entitled 'Description of Field'. The bullet point I am struggling with is:
• Titular: Campo protegido, se presentará informado por el sistema y corresponde al titular de la RPV.
'Holder: Protected field,it will appear ...to the holder of the RPV'?
I am unsure about this sentence, especially the part I have omitted and 'RPV'.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. |

| | English translation:completed / filled in | Explanation: "Informado" in these cases means "completed" "filled in/out".
In this case it means that the system completes this field (which is probably the reason it is a protected field. The user is not meant to alter it.

I would say, simply: "The system will complete this field or "this field will be complete by the system".
As for RPV, we lack sufficient context, but it could be VPN - Virtual Private Network / Red Privada Virtual. Your text/context will tell you. |
