| | variation order | Explanation: please see answer to previous similar question. I do not think that this is just the "layout", as constructing a motorway is far more complex that the mere alignment it will follow.

this is an example of an acta de comprobación del replanteo

I\'m just trying to check what this would actually be called, as the variation order is the acta de replanteo

I think your idea is a good one. Sorry I couldn't have been more helpful, but have been very short of time recently + had Internet problems.

As I have now come across this for the first time in my own work, I am revisiting this question. I have decided for now to call this a pre-construction review document/form, as it seems to be more than just layout verification, since there are also checks of documents required to start the works, but I will ask my client if they know of a better term.
Se trata del Acta de Comprobación del Replanteo, un trámite que se realiza ante toda contratación de este tipo y que supone que representantes de ambas partes analizan in situ la situación, y se de la “luz verde†|

| Grading comment Nikki, thank you very much for your help, especially the link. I don't see this as exactly a "variation order" though, since in my document I see no signs of any variations being made to the project. As you suggest, it's more than just "layout" too. For now, I'm thinking of using something descriptive like "document officially stating readiness for construction". Thanks again! 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
