I'm not sure about the correct translation of this word in the following text, which is a question raised in respect of the concession for a new Port Authority wharf which is being constructed:

"¿Puede la Autoridad Portuaria confirmar que el abocamiento de los materiales de residuos usados para el relleno y la precarga en XXX han sido o serán verificados en su totalidad y puede también certificar, considerando cualquier posible contaminación, que el concesionario no será responsable respecto de la contaminación que resulte de estos mencionados materiales?"
