Oh... I figured it. It was his bad handwriting. I compared some words and realised he wrote ci like an a!. It is cimentar (cimiento?)- to lay foundations-, now it makes sense! thanks again

thanks for being so helpful. It is not the walls of the pool. It is other walls we had built near the pool. I have seen some bad spelling mistakes of local Andalusians (my favourite bentanas :-) but aimiento instead of aislamiento?? Dunno. Also, the walls are not isolated at all. Only garden walls. Odd. Well, at the end of the day I have paid the bill but my English hubby wanted to know what it meant and I could not tell him....

it is handwritten " 22-03-060 haciendo aimiento de muro y replanteo de piscina. It is my own builder's invoice but we are not sure what he means by aimiento de muro (if there is such word). I can only think of digging/scooping...
