A machine to carry out some sort of assembly or bending operation with reinforcing bars for reinforced concrete. References come from a series of manuals for calculating software. I suspect the machine is involved in linking up bars to make cages for linking and insertion in construction projects, but I have no proof and still do not know an appropriate English term. It also depends on what term is used for estribos (stirrups?). Contexts:
