Explanation:
Ahora en Barcelona es obligatorio. Las parcelas contiguas al espacio público sólo pueden construir muro hasta 1'50 y a partir de ahí cambiar a otra modalidad más diáfana. El zocálo ciego se refiere simplemente al murete que arranca desde el suelo de la calle y sobre el que se apoya la verja u otro dispositivo. Yo creo que el término es "dwarf wall" y me parece que no cabe añadir si es ciego o no porque yo creo que ya viene implícito con el término. Mírate las imágenes del google, creo que encajan bastante con esta idea.
