Asker: hola.gracias por tu respuesta. creo que el techo maximo residencial se refiere como al total de área construible ya que seguidamente no viene ninguna altura en metros.yo lo entiendo así vamos mas bien como surface que como ceiling.what do you think? la frase es así y termina así con un punto y seguido.
