Condiciones. 1.- Las primeras están constituidas por los ámbitos delimitados en los planos de Calificación Pormenorizada del Suelo Urbano e identificadas con los códigos que se indican; bajo la común denominación de Areas de Planeamiento Remitido. APR/1.- c/ Cervantes y c/ Pintor Picasso APR/2.- Barrio Santa Isabel APR/3.- Roalet APR/4.- Mariquitos El instrumento de Planeamiento inicialmente aprobado fue remitido a las Dirección General de Vivienda, Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, para que el citado Centro directivo evacuase el informe preceptivo en ejercicio de las facultades que tiene reconocidas por el artículo 140, apartado a) de la Ley 1/2001, de 24 de abril, del Suelo de la Región de Murcia. |
