se estaba ejecutando la planta 16 cuando se detecta que una partida del cemento empleado es defectuoso.
En el forjado de la planta 16 se detecta las deficiencias así que se procede a la rectificación de la misma, con los gastos consiguientes de demolición y nueva construcción.
En la planta 14 se produce un hundimiento del forjado de la misma produciendo daños en las plantas inferiores. En ambas plantas el cemento utilizado era el mismo.

Explanation:
Me parece que el término correcto para la propiedad de un cemento no es el "forjado" sino el "fraguado".
En todo caso lo que falla es el cemento armado.
Para que un cemento falle, sin duda es el fraguado.
Seguramente se trata de una traducción de traducción donde asociaron fragua con forja.
Las traducciones de traducciones nos han invadido y debemos extremar cuidados.

  -> Gracias, Slothm. Aunque "forjado" suena extraño, en España se utiliza muy comúnmente para referirse a: "obra con que se hacen las separaciones entre los pisos de un edificio. Entramado". Ref: María Moliner. No es una propiedad, sino una estructura.
