Notes to answerer
Asker: Your reference shows Irving the city in Texas, not a type of "parrilla"; "yellow" as in "yellow pages", not the color of the material, and I suspect that "Irving Wholesale Racks" is the name of a business... Is it okay to assume that, in this context, "parrilla" means "rack" based on your reference?

grating

Explanation:
This is the description from a company that started in Irving, Texas. The link contains an image of the fiberglass grating.

The new flooring product was aptly termed "Subway Grating" and a new industry was born. Today, IKG Industries is one of the world's leading manufacturers and fabricators of high quality steel, aluminum and fiberglass grating. ...
CORGRATE® is an open grid assembly either produced in a mold, or of various reinforced fiberglass shapes produced by a pultrusion process and assembled with cross bars to achieve the desired spacing. CorGrate® as flooring is just one of its many uses. Its adaptability and strength make it well suited for use as catwalks, stairs, platforms, grates, grills, fencing, vaults and trench covers, transformer and machinery safe guards, wash racks, ventilation screens, and many more applications.

agree  bigedsenior: Great ref., but the co started in NYC as Irving Iron Works. It is a coincidence that it is in TX, but not in Irving. It is in Channelview. near Houston.

panel

Explanation:
Rafa, I would translate the sentence as:
Irving type yellow fibreglass reinforced panels.
I think the yellow reference is the color of the fibreglass. The use is probably in a thermal insulation or fire protection situation.
Parrillas is a latin way of saying "grating" > thereby reinforced panels. The Irving in the US Yellow pages sells industrial storage racks, a different kettle of fish.

I have seen the Irving website and remain convinced that these "parrillas" are NOT intended for walkways or any great load bearing use, more probably as insulation or fire protection elements in walls, ceilings, etc. However, in he absence of any further context concerning the application, "grates" or "panels" are supplied in 2-dimensional pieces (panels) that are butt- jointed together. Your choice of "panel" would encompass the 2 concepts, whereas the concept of "grate" would restrict the context to a load bearing application such as a walkway and if it is not for that application the grate opens and you fall into a black hole!! I would ask the client but if this cannot be done I would go for panels. Good luck.
