Explanation:
As for how is digs, it depends if it uses a circular blade with attachments (rotary) or if the digging tool is a chain which digs the trench and removes the soil.

I have the following in my notes:

zanjadora = trench exacavator / ditcher / trencher / trenching machine

However, going on the link provided by Liz in the reference, the machine shown looks more like a mini excavator. No idea about continua (may not be necessary to translate word for word anyway).
