Worksite accounting

Explanation:
If it's in Spain, "Administración" nearly always stands for bookkeping or accounting.

Also in Spain, works management is an engineering task called "jefatura de obra" if done by a 3-year college degre holder or "dirección facultativa" if by a 5-year degreee holder who is a chartered enginering works manager -- and not "administración (for the reason cited).

There's more to that, but basically this is it in regards to the choice of words between "administration" and "management"

Nowadays in Spain and with computer literacy, young works managers in young companies are doing their own work-site \"administration\" (running accounts and accounting magnitudes).
