deep cycle charger with floating/trickle charge mode Explanation: Once the battery is charged, the charger is usually turned off and turns back on when the the charge drops below a certain point. Alternatively, many chargers have a trickle charge option which continues to apply a small charge even when the battery is fully charged. This is supposed to keep the battery healthy, but uses more electricity. |
