Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering | | Spanish term or phrase: trabajos verticales | Appears in an online store that sells mountain & climbing equipment.
Full phrase: "Las actividades relacionadas con los deportes de aventura y los TRABAJOS VERTICALES son potencialmente peligrosos, siendo necesario el conocimiento de las reglas fundamentales de seguridad."
I´ve found several references of the term in Spanish (for example, a book by Jon Redondo). I´ve seen a couple of instances of "Vertical Works" on the web, but I´m concerned that this is simply a literal translation and not the actual term that is used in English. |

sometimes referred to as "work at height", but rather depends on your chosen syntax. I think "working" is probably best here. |
