English translation:(load-bearing) structural clay tile
Explanation:
Trincote is clearly some sort of structural clay tile (also called structural clay block, but since the ASTM norms use the terminology "tile," that's what I'd use). I suspect that "trincote" may, more specifically, be of the "load-bearing" class of structural clay tile.
