Traviesas are crossbeams. I think you might just leave it out here.

Cabirón: n.m. Viga de madera sin tallar: es el mismo tronco de un árbol (pino generalmente) al que sólo se le ha quitado el "cepín". También se utiliza como sinónimo de viga o póster de madera.

Socarrat refers to fired clay tiles covered with a white base and generally painted in red and black. These were placed between beams and joists in buildings’ ceilings and eaves. Their origin is typically medieval but subsequent production of these objects is known, mainly in Valencia.
