Se trata de la evaluación de una propiedad, con su descripción detallada.

**Las aberturas comunicantes con el exterior son de generosas dimensiones proporcionando abundante luz natural. Su estructura es de perfil de hierro. Las aberturas comunicantes interiores tienen marcos de madera con hojas de puertas ciegas de bastidor enchapado al lustre y otras vidriadas.**
En Uruguay, por lo general *aberturas* se refiere a puertas y ventanas. *Openings* es una de las sugerencias de los diccionarios que tengo pero no estoy segura.

Explanation:
It could mean other things too (such as glass doors), but I think you can take slight liberties. "The generously proportioned windows maximise the amount of natural light".

Asker: You see, that´s why I sent the question. For the moment I have used **windows** for the first sentence and **doors** for the second one.
