En la memoria de calidades de unas viviendas unifamiliares y hablando de la estructura y de la cimentación dice:

'...con cementos resistentes a los agentes agresivos en cimentación y muros de contención. El resto de la estructura *se ha dimensionado* con hormigón de alta resistencia, garantizando además la debida protección de las armaduras de acero'.
