No encuentro un término equivalente en inglés, ¿alguien lo conoce?

Su definición es: Escritura de VINCULACION REGISTRAL, mediante la cual, un propietario de dos fincas, una urbana destinada a ESTACION DE SERVICIO y una rústica SOBRE LA QUE HA ASFALTADO Y CONSTRUIDO UN PARKING DE VEHICULOS, desea vincular la rústica a la urbana, mediante la declaración de interés comunitario, con lo que, aparecerán en el registro de la propiedad como dos fincas registrales distintas, pero con la carga o afección de éstar vinculadas una a la otra.

Registar it self catches much more and I can not find any UK/US term "together" but binding explain clearly the concept. My advice, use
