Spanish term or phrase: decantación lamelar con recirculación
Se proyectarán 4 líneas de decantación, aptas para caudal unitario máximo de 1.500 m3/h... El decantador se diseñará para funcionar con altas velocidades de decantación 10 m/h sobre superficie lamelar, con velocidades de Hazen inferiores de 2 m/h.
lamellar clarification/settling with recirculation
Depending on whether you decide to use lamella settler or clarifier, as Cindy suggested.
Some info found:
The Densadeg clarifier combines mixing, internal and external solids recirculation, sludge thickening, and lamellar clarification in two conjoined vessels. ... The space requirement is usually 50% the size of a comparable solids contact clarifier. The Densadeg clarifier can be applied wherever water or wastewater must be clarified. It is particularly suited for a system where waste solids volume poses a problem.
Cross-flow lamellar clarification is a technology used in industrial environments to remove oils and solids from residual water. It takes advantage of the natural tendency of oils to float, and the decantation principle for suspended solids that are denser than water. The originality of this process is the combination of natural flotation and clarification techniques in one system. The strip decanter performs as well as conventional clarifiers, but is more compact and occupies a smaller area
P.S. It seems that the adjective is used here (lamellar) and not the noun (lamella), which is usual with clarifier/settler
