Spanish term or phrase: 6 cargas de gas
Is this an indication as to the heat at which the food should be cooked - i.e. - 'gas mark 6' or something similar?

Many thanks

English translation:6 loads/refills of gas
Explanation:
I assume they are spraying the food with gas to cook or freeze it, but would need to see a wee bit more context to be sure.

Liquid nitrogen gas, perhaps?

It could simply mean six "squirts" of gas if cooking with nitro...
