Spanish term or phrase:cursilla
In an article describing how to carve a pork leg, I am stumped by the word "cursilla" in this sentence. (This comes from Spain.) What is this word in English?
"Cuando se encuentre con el hueso de la cadera o **“cursilla”**, haga dos cortes a modo de cuña a su alrededor."

have a look at the diagram on the link below that illustrates the bone that is referred to.
I think in this case I would just say "hip bone" in English, as it seems that the Spanish have two words for the same thing.
