Spanish term or phrase: Gremio de Restauración
just want some advice on this, please... (my second "gremio" in a week!).
I am thinking of putting "The Restaurant Association of Barcelona" or "The Restaurant Owners' Association of Barcelona".
I am not keen on "Restaurant (Owner's) Guild".
Your votes please!

Explanation:
would be my preference. You are right about guild. Owners adds a dimension I feel is not there. Are you going to keep the original name (in italics, for example) and put the English in brackets? Or not necessary for this context??

Hi Nikki (and Aceavila) - that's great; I had pretty much settled on that myself...
Thanks for your help.
